We take pride in creating custom apparel, personalized gifts, and unique designs. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.
Order Processing & Production Time
Most custom and personalized orders require 5–7 business days for production before they are shipped.
Production time begins once payment is received and all necessary order details, including artwork and personalization information, have been confirmed.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Larger orders, complex designs, high-demand periods, or delays in customer approval may require additional production time. We will communicate significant delays when possible.
Shipping Destinations
KB Cre8tions currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options:

Free Economy Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $50 or more.
Shipping rates and available methods are determined at checkout. The final shipping charge displayed at checkout applies.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time consists of two separate stages:
Production: Typically 5–7 business days.
Shipping transit: Typically 3–8 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
For most custom orders, customers should allow approximately 8–15 business days total from confirmed order details to delivery.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Rush Orders
Orders requested in fewer than 7 calendar days are considered rush orders and are subject to an additional $25 rush processing fee, pending approval.
Rush orders must be approved by KB Cre8tions before production begins.
Submitting a rush request does not guarantee acceptance or delivery by the requested date.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of incorrect information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with the available next steps.
For damaged deliveries, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the package and affected items.
Any available replacement, refund, or other remedy will be evaluated according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
